Who are we?
ALN Apartment Data is based in Dallas, Texas, and was founded in 1991. We are independently owned and update, collect, and report on multifamily data nationwide. We are members of more than 100 apartment associations, including the National Apartment Association, and we participate in and support our industry through events, sponsorships, and much more across the United States.

When you say nationwide...
Yep, we mean nationwide. ALN Apartment Data researches properties in each and every government MSA. Our database has a total of well over 180,000 multifamily properties and those numbers change daily.
I don't do business nationwide. Do I have to access nationwide data?
ALN offers access to 185+ individual markets that you can subscribe to and switch between using Vendor Edge Plus if you're a Supplier Partner and ALN OnLine if you're a Property Management Company. We have a separate platform, Compass, which is access to the entire United States for Supplier Partners. We want to explore your options with you to ensure we provide the best solution.
